主要是由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理要對(duì)工人進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，然后再是工人師傅根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求放線，一般來(lái)說(shuō)開槽寬度50mm。放線應(yīng)當(dāng)精準(zhǔn)到位，無(wú)缺漏情況。

The main task is for the project manager to provide technical disclosure to the workers, and then for the workers to set out the line according to the design requirements. Generally, the groove width is 50mm. The setting out should be precise and in place without any omissions.

二、舊物拆除

若有電線及開關(guān)插座，那么接下來(lái)就是拆除原有電線及開關(guān)插座。

三、開槽鉆孔

3、 Slotted drilling

依據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際的放線位置進(jìn)行開槽，開槽時(shí)必須注意開槽深度。過(guò)墻和過(guò)梁的地方需要鉆孔，鉆孔時(shí)的孔徑、孔距一般為100mm；電線和水管不能走一個(gè)孔。

According to the actual setting out position on the construction site, slot making must be carried out with attention to the depth of the slot. Holes need to be drilled in the areas where walls and beams pass through, and the hole diameter and spacing during drilling are generally 100mm; Electric wires and water pipes cannot go through one hole.

四、布管

4、 Pipe laying

根據(jù)在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開設(shè)的溝槽進(jìn)行布排管，在有水房間進(jìn)行布排管時(shí)電管應(yīng)布設(shè)在墻上、頂上。強(qiáng)弱電線不允許走廚房、衛(wèi)生間陽(yáng)臺(tái)的地面。

Arrange pipes according to the grooves set up on the construction site. When arranging pipes in rooms with water, the electrical pipes should be placed on the wall or top. Strong and weak wires are not allowed to walk on the ground of kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies.

在穿線時(shí)，一根電線管內(nèi)所穿電線的截面積之和必須小于該管道內(nèi)截面的40%。一般情況下16mm的電線不宜超過(guò)3根，20mm的電線不宜超過(guò)4根。

When threading, the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the wires inside a conduit must be less than 40% of the cross-sectional area inside the conduit. Generally, there should not be more than 3 wires with a diameter of 16mm and 4 wires with a diameter of 20mm.

五、檢查線路

運(yùn)用萬(wàn)用表、歐姆表檢查線路暢通無(wú)阻，不出現(xiàn)短路以及斷路的現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)線間絕緣電阻大于等于0.5mΩ，為安裝開關(guān)插座作準(zhǔn)備。

Use a multimeter and ohmmeter to check that the circuit is unobstructed and there are no short circuits or open circuits. The insulation resistance between wires is greater than or equal to 0.5m Ω, in preparation for installing switch sockets.

六、安裝開關(guān)插座等

在安裝之前不允許應(yīng)用房屋內(nèi)各插座，只能應(yīng)用公司指定拖線盒。注意開關(guān)插座面板應(yīng)平整、緊貼建筑物表面。同一場(chǎng)所的開關(guān)切斷位置一致，且操作靈活，接點(diǎn)接觸可靠。
