What is Yakou

名字是源于古時候開關(guān)門總發(fā)出聲音，后來把用不到門的口改裝為啞口。取其無聲之意。又叫埡口。

The name originates from the ancient times when doors and windows always make a sound, and later the mouth that cannot be used for the door was converted into a mute. Take its silent meaning. Also known as Yakou.

包埡口，一般安裝在過道的門洞周圍的墻體上，主要目的是美觀，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)與門、裝修風格的統(tǒng)一，其次還能起到保護墻角的作用，防止磕碰。不過并非所有的埡口都需要處理。

包埡口也被稱作為用于包墻的飾材。類似于門套，但在結(jié)構(gòu)上又有區(qū)別：

埡口兩種包法

一般分為單面啞口(主要為入戶或窗口)和雙面啞口，分為二個立邊啞口和一個橫邊啞口，單面啞口包括三根口線，雙面啞口包括六根口線。

埡口是否需要處理還看其處于什么空間。

比如，如果埡口位于兩個空間之間，如客廳與餐廳間的埡口，在兩個空間內(nèi)都能看到，十分顯眼，更好進行處理；

但如果埡口位于陽臺窗戶與客廳之間，因為窗簾本身就有很好的裝飾作用，就可以不用處理。

埡口的制作材料也有很多，目前比較常見的制作埡口的材質(zhì)主要分為實木、人造板材（木飾面板）、石材、不銹鋼等，根據(jù)喜好的風格選擇即可。
